PC Miracles has been doing our IT work since 2004. We were very happy when PC Miracles released the “Effort Free IT Platinum” plan. We had been asking them to provide this type of service and we are very happy with how it’s worked out. We are able to predict most of our IT costs for the year. With the “Effort Free IT” plan we have also received faster response times to our issues. When we do have an issue, after business hours, they know about it before we do and they have a technician addressing the critical issues the very next morning. We have also seen a reduction in downtime since being on the “Effort Free IT - Platinum” plan.
