  • If possible, include a screenshot of the error or problem you are experiencing;
    • Please include your computer name;
    • Please let us know your level of urgency;
  • You will receive an email with a ticket number, which shows we have received your issue. When responding to an issue, please be sure to always use that ticket number;
  • A technician will contact you to follow-up on your ticket, typically within 2 business hours. If you need to speak to somebody sooner, please call us;
  • Please never email a technician directly as this individual may be out of the office or assigned to a project when your email is sent, causing you unnecessary delays. By using this email address, you can help us ensure that the next available technician will be there to help you.

    • Only emergency messages relayed to our answering service will trigger a page to the on-call technician:
    • The on-call technician will return your call and help you either resolve the issue or provide a time estimate of when we will be able to address your concern.
